Program Highlights:

• In-Water Interaction: Spend 25 minutes interacting with our dolphins in the shallow areas of our lagoon.
• Deep Water Interaction: Experience the excitement of viewing dolphins underwater while floating at the surface.
• Exclusive Group Experience: Enjoy a private session for your group of up to 6 people, guided by a marine mammal specialist.

Program Details:

• Ages: Suitable for all ages (children 5-9 must be accompanied by a paying adult, aged 18 and older).
• Duration: 25 minutes.
• Location: The Kahala Hotel & Resort, 5000 Kahala Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816.

What’s Included:

• Life Jackets: Provided for your safety.
• Swim Masks: Available for underwater viewing.
• Photography: A Dolphin Quest photographer will capture your encounter. Digital photo packages are available for advance purchase at a special rate during booking. Digital or print photo options are available for same-day viewing and purchase after the encounter.
• Facilities: Complimentary lockers, outdoor showers, and changing rooms available for guests.
• Safety Policy: No cameras, phones, GoPros, or loose valuables are permitted on the docks or in the water to ensure the safety of our dolphins.

Additional Recommendations:

• Towels: Guests are recommended to bring their own towels.
• Shallow Area Option: Guests who are not able to float or swim without assistance will be required to remain in the shallow areas of our lagoon.

Order Processing and Cancellation Policy:

Tickets will be sent within 24 hours after booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund.

After you complete your booking, we will acquire the tickets and provide you with the available time options. You will receive your confirmed time slot along with the tickets.
